How it Rained

We maneged to get the gazebo up and the cars unloaded before it rained. The tables were arranged so they would not get wet.First the wind blow and we hung onto the gazebo ,then the rain followed and it was cold after which the sun came out. That mixture of weather went on all afternoon.By the time we packed up it was not raining but everything now has to get dried off.
There was a lot of entertainment for the children some of which they did themselves.
A nice afternoon shame about the weather.

Just a few photos of my part of the gazebo.

The weather was kind not to hot or wet.

Just a bit windy.

We meet lots of nice people

Some are going to find us at

Southwold in July

the demonstrating went well

with a few kits sold.

Now I have time to look for

something closer to home for next week

or the week after that.

July is fully booked with thing

to do with

Great Eillingham Teddy bear Festival.

I guess I can do some gardening soon as we have

had some rain to-day and the weeds will make good use of it.

New Bags ready for the week-end

I found this fabric in Jarrolds in
Norwich and knew just the bag
I wanted to make using it.

This bag is very like the Cat
one I made ,this time I have
it with a shoulder strap and
an out side pocket.

When I spotted this fabric I
just knew to make bags for
the two days this week-end.

Along with two other crafters
from The Town Hall Crafters
of Attleborough,Norfolk
I will be attending
Pensthorpe gardens

Pensthorpe

As I am demonstrating at Pensthorpe
I have got together a kit to make
Christmas Cones. It has taken a while
to write up the instructions.

Then when I went to print I
needed more black ink.

Job for tomorrow.

I will also take some hand sewing
but have not thought what yet.
Still have a few days yet.

Machine hexagons

It was a bit over cast to-day and I think

we had some rain over night.

As I was up early I decided to finish this

quilt whilst waiting for a friend to arive.

It is a realy nice and easy pattern and now I

have thought of some other ways of putting

it together to make different patterns.

My Garden

A view from my bedroom.
this is all a month early,
I think May is my favorite
month.

It is also my birth month.
Do's this apply to anyone else?
